South East Wales A Level KS5 Provisional Results

South East Wales A Level provisional results

These results are provisional and are subject to change

  • A Level results in the Level 3 threshold of 2 A Levels A*- E have improved in the region this year.

  • 97.6% of pupils achieved the Level 3 threshold, an increase of 2 percentage points from last year’s figure of 95.6%.

  • The proportion of students achieving a pass grade at A Level (Grades A* - E) is 97.4%, slightly above the Wales average of 97.3%.

  • The percentage of those gaining an A*-A is 23.7%, an increase on last year’s 20.8% and above the Wales average of 22.7%.
