Assistant Director (Curriculum, Professional Learning, Equity and Wellbeing)
 
Salary: Soulbury 34 to 37 (40), £71,761 to £75,210 (£78,659 inclusive of SPAs)

The Assistant Director will lead the strategic development of our regional strategies for Curriculum, Professional Learning, Equity and Wellbeing.   Working in close partnership with our five Local Authorities, schools and settings, the successful candidate will be responsible for securing improved standards of education and pupil outcomes. The successful candidate will lead and develop a high-quality team and provide vision and strategic direction in support of the EAS Business Plan priorities.
